At Thehairbar.in, we strive to give our customers the most luxurious e-shopping experience and are here to provide you our support, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
- DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
- We deliver our products within India
- The products are dispatched within 48 hours of the successful placement of the orders;
- Upon placement of the order, the details of the orders are shared with the Customer on the registered e-mail address and phone number, as provided;
- We strive to deliver the products within 5 days for Domestic Orders
- We ensure that the product reaches your doorstep at the earliest. However,
the product delivery may sometimes get delayed due to some unforeseen circumstances on the logistic provider’s end;

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- We provide free-shipping within the territory of India for all the prepaid orders where the value of the shipment is INR 10,000 or above whereas, we charge a nominal shipping and handling fee of INR 350 for all orders above INR 40,000.
- RETURNS
- We have a 14 days return policy which is flexible and hassle free with relevance to certain products purchased from the Website.
- The Products purchased from the Website by the Customer, can be returned or exchanged in accordance with the terms of this policy:
- The refund may be made in the form of a credit note for cash on delivery orders. Whereas, the amount will be returned to the payment source if the payment is made by debit or credit card or any accepted payment method from which the Customer had made the payment.
- No exchange or return shall be accepted if the products are:
- Damaged
- Not in the actual state in which it was purchased
- Used
- Purchased from any sale of promotion
- Specifically marked non-returnable or non-refundable
- Without the original invoice, packaging, tags, labels etc.
- The return or exchange request shall be made within 7 days of the purchase
- Any purchase made online cannot be returned in the store
- Request for exchange can be placed through the Website or by sending an e-mail to info@thehairbar.in
- in shall have at its sole discretion and reserved rights, to accept or reject any return or exchange requests after due inspection of the products by its team and shall notify the customer accordingly.
